Kelle brings 25 years of experience in all lines of insurance, social media reports, locating subjects, recorded statements, accident scene investigations, wrongful death investigations, undercover surveillance, court records research, medical investigations, notary services as well as process serving.
Kelle began her career as a criminal investigator with Medicare for 5 years. She investigated physicians and chiropractors including DME equipment facilities. One of the physicians she investigated received 27 years in federal prison for Medicare fraud.
She worked for a large auto insurance carrier investigating claims in SIU for stolen vehicles, stagged accidents as well as fraudulent claims.
She worked for 10 years at at a private investigation company where she learned workers compensation surveillance , general and commercial liability to include locating subjects and interviewing them as well as SIU work.
She found an opportunity working for a large insurance company in SIU for all lines of insurance. She investigated renters, property and casualty, jewelry, insurance agents, arson, auto and classic auto. She became a lead investigator who mentored and trained the other investigators. She was trained performing examinations under oath by a local law firm. During her 8-year career she saved over 1 million dollars a year in savings due to fraud.
She later relocated and went to work as a manager over regulatory investigations overseeing 14 employees related to Medicare health plans. She ensured all regulatory government regulations were adhered to.
Kelle then created her own company at Raskin Investigations taking all she has learned in 25 years to help clients accomplish their goals.
